Today I met with my counselor, I really like him, counseling with him is a mixture of therapy based practice and general therapeutic conversation, my last counselor didn't do any formal therapy but just talked to me. I really liked him too, it is really good to just be able to talk to someone for an hour about shit. I think that is why I spend so much time on the internet, I am generally looking for someone to talk to. Communication online is not as rewarding as as face to face communication though. We discussed ACT therapy in detail and the articles I read on it. The C part of ACT Therapy stands for commitment, which I interpret as a commitment to your values, living life alongside them, I have been thinking about things I value in my life and wrote them on a piece of paper. As part of that I'm going to list the music I have been listening to and whatever I read that day on here. I would like to do a small amount of analysis of these things too, but I'm tired at the moment so I wont today
